    I have installed the all in one seo plugin to my wordpress blog and it has been working perfectly for all pages except the category pages. I have included the meta title, description and keywords for all posts but they do not appear on the category pages. The meta tags are appearing on all other pages and on the indvidual posts pages but no meta tag information is appearing on the category page.

    The meta tag that is appearing on the category page is the following:
    <meta name="description" content="" />

    The meta tag that is appearing on the individual posts page is the following:
    <meta name="description" content="A guide to proper nutrition during pregnancy." />
    <meta name="keywords" content="nutrition during pregnancy, nutrition pregnancy,nutrition" />

    How do I get these tags or the default tags for the home page to display on the category pages?

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    HI Kim,

    the all in one seo plugin is not really needed with semiologic. The package already comes with many tweaks to wp for seo purposes.

    Chris and all -

    One thing I have noticed with the paid version is that the meta-description is the same for all posts (pages too?)

    If you want to have a specific, unique meta description and title for each post and page, you need to scroll down and click the "SEO" tab and enter them yourself.

    Elusions - I am wondering if your SEO plugin has the same type of configuration?

    yes it does have the same feature and I have entered the meta tags for each post but still the tags are not showing up for the category page. the correct tags that I entered for the individual posts are showing for the page that only has the one post on it though. This is why I am confused, no meta tags are showing for the category page?

    I just tried this out on 5.6 and it works as expected. The keywords for the page are all the tags of the posts under the category. Please try when 5.6 is out.
